This has to be the worst pharmacy I've been too! I've been to over 10 pharmacies throughout Auckland. This pharmacy consists of Poor customer service , rude pharmacist , disgusting shop (you need to replace your old stock and hire a cleaner). The products are old , used and faded. It's difficult to move around the pharmacy. They are absolutely over priced compared to other Pharmacy's including unichem.  I would never go back to the pharmacy and will be warning my community and family to stay away. I'd rather drive further to get great customer service, decent products that haven't sat on the shelf for many years and be charged a reasonable price. I think the owner of this pharmacy is just desperate and money oriented instead of thinking of his customers which are who keep the pharmacy. No customer = no business ,regardless if your next to a dr practice.

Im thr store for few minutes and the chemist didn't even respond, but she is doing some work.

They have given me expensive stuff which is totally unacceptable,saline drops 15ml from other pharmacy is $12 they gave me $14.99,60g sudocream for $10.99...
Its the most worse thing you can do with customer's trust.
Someone has to take action.against it

Went in with a prescription from the doctor. Was given the wrong drug. The drug I was given was an over the counter drug costing me more than $70.
After referring this to my doctor he informed of the error and I went back to return the drugs. 
The employee "Jaimin" refused to return it even though he was in error and stated it was a policy set from unichem head office that no medication would be returned. 
I called another unichem store and they informed me they do accept returns if it was returned within 7 days. 
Unacceptable, unprofessional business. 
Btw the drug was $20 more expensive than other stores.
