Staff amazing very kind lady helped me look for what I needed thanks

My prescription was free the staff were absolutely lovely. I got a message from. Them saying they had received the script..then to say it  was ready. 1st time I have used them and I'm very impressed

My favorite chemist to go to and good customer service.

Absolutely rude customer service from the gentleman  at the front counter. Maybe refresher training for basic mannerism, politeness & respect towards customers, would go a long way. Disappointed

Not a great first experience at all visiting this Pharmacy. We booked our Covid vaccinations via book my vaccine and received a confirmation email that our booking was received. Turned up at the pharmacy and the staff there were running around like headless chickens. No one knew what was going on and when we told them that we’ve booked online they took a while to find the booking and finally said okay give us a few moments. 25 minutes later still no update. We walked around aimlessly waiting to get our vaccines to be administered but no one came up to us or called our name out. We then noticed the consult room was tiny and assumed this is where the vaccine would be administered but after watching the staff going in and out of the room with patients we noticed that not once was this room sanitised or cleaned, even a dettol spray or wipe ... they had people in there sneezing and couching and not once was it sanitised. At this point 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time we walked out. Nothing from the staff and we never got the vaccination done. How disappointing and poor POOR hygiene. Covid cases are at 2000 per day so you’d expect a pharmacy to be on their game. But not this one - stay away

Amazing customer service from both pharmacy and retail staff.  Always helpful and friendly.  I drive farther to come to this pharmacy because they are so much better overall than others closer to me.

The lady working the counter this morning should just take her mask off as she would be more comfortable. Wearing it just over your mouth with your nose out is a bit of a joke really from someone working in a pharmacy.

Its not good enough that the all staff is focused only on prescriptions. Yes the staff looked and yet didn't assist, items that I actually wanted to buy are back on the shelf because no staff bothered to serve and stayed behind the counter at all times.
