Late nights and Saturday trading is an advantage. Be prepared for long waits for prescriptions. Recommend phoning to ensure script are ready, weekly repeats rarely get filled if at all unless you call aheadnPersonally I find the service for prescriptions appalling for this ongoing reason. I've changed pharmacy and do not recommend this chemist due to this ongoing incompetence. Better structure is required to fill and manage prescriptions.
I have been dealing with Whanganui Unichem Pharmacy Springvale for many years as a customer and in a work capacity. In that time I have always found staff to be professional and friendly. Recently I odered a couple of gift baskets for family members to be delivered. Sherrin went above and beyond for me in choosing items and my grandchildren/great grandchildren were absolutely thrilled with their gifts. Five plus
Have been a loyal customer for years. The staff are absolutely friendly and helpful while pharmaceutical team are very knowledgeable.
I had to wait 24hrs for my prescription then when I got there they couldn't find it so had to wait another 30minutes to complete it.
From the ladies in the front of the pharmacy to the lovely pharmacists and assistants with their heads down, working damn hard at the back.nThankyou all for your dedication and efficiency.nIts appreciated by all
