Wonderful, amazing, delicious The only reason I gave four stars Service issue! I had to ask for a spoon twice! The best kebab we have ever eaten! So fresh and delicious. Very well presented, even the takeaway was presented perfectly! We saw the new restaurant that has recently opened and that looks so good, well done Uni Kebab! Cannot wait to visit! If you order takeaway the address on the website is the correct one, it looks a little different to the images in Google street view due to being recently updated, the takeaway part of this business is called uni kebab express, and then the new fabulous restaurant is located a little further down the road. I highly recommend this to anyone!!! We can see why they have won SO many awards! The portion sizes are huge. I had a mixed kebab wrap meal which was under £10, it had a mix of chicken and doner meat, your choice of salad, chips and a drink, great value! The collection process was very smooth and easy, we even met the owner who was very welcoming and friendly. They also have a great Instagram and tiktok page so you can really see what the food and atmosphere is like. Thank you so much for choosing Southampton to open your restaurant and takeaway : **update, went to restaurant last night, AMAZING! We had their mixed plate for 2, absolutely delicious! Their sticky rice is also a must try!**
Had delivery via Uber Eats a few days ago. The salad, rice etc. were good BUT the meat was dry, tough and very chewy. Completely over-cooked. It was like eating rubber. Avoid the Shish kebab. I won't be eating here again. Waste of money.
THE BEST Turkish restaurant I’ve ever eaten at in the country. The food was so flavoursome. Portion sizes huge. Staff were friendly. If you are in Southampton and considering this place - look no further.
Absolutely delicious food and you will not be disappointed with their portion sizes. The meat was cooked to perfection and the calzone was stuffed with so much filling that when i cut into it the meat and veg poured out. Staff are very polite, respectful and friendly. They have outdoor seating at the front, inside and outdoor seating at the back. I definitely recommend this place and if I am in the area again i will make sure to stop by again.
My son said, "It's so great! I love it!" The food was thoroughly cooked, the side dishes were unique and delicious. Very friendly service. It was my Son's birthday and they surprised him with a baklava and ice-cream cake! Again, very friendly, warm and welcoming service. We had a great time! Thank you very much! 10/10 definitely! Mate of mine told me this was the best kebab that could be found in Southampton, and he was not wrong!!! Super size portions.. salad was as fresh as you could as ask for and the bread was superb. Given I’d been on the booze all day, I’d have to say it’s one of the best kebabs I’ve had!! Top notch!!
The best food I have ever eaten in Britain, congratulations to all, you are wonderful! I will definitely be back! Pleasantly surprised by the cheap price, although it is the most delicious meal!
I went here for dinner the other night and it was lovely. The service was great and really attentive. Local family run business priding itself on hearty, good quality meals and friendly customer service. I saw a comment that the prices were comparable to London and after living in SW London for five years - I can confirm this is not the case. It’s actually really affordable. Ignore the fake reviews on here, it’s immediately obvious what reviews are real and which ones are fake. Highly recommended in my book and we will definitely be returning!
We have visited this Turkish Mangal on quite a few occasions now, I always bring my friends and family here they have all loved it too!. The food is always fresh and always tasty, presentation is great. Prices are very reasonable especially with the cost of everything on the rise lately. The staff are lovely and always accommodating, we always feel our custom is valued upon each visit. Looking forward to coming here again!
