Great, except the time they persuaded me to cut layers which caused my hair to split 360 degrees and which prompted the comment at my next appointment also there! “oh no, you should never have had layers cut in your hair”. Oh, you wouldn’t say? My only bad experience amongst 5 very good ones though so still 5 stars.
The woman scratches my scalp with comb and her nail. it was so painful!! Very unprofessional and very indifference

Sat staff is really good. She takes a little longer but she knows what she's doing. Generally if you go Uq this is the only one on campus and charge about 27 for men. Good for convenience but if you want fancy cuts go to the city
Staff are friendly and take the time to listen to what you want, they confirm style choices and make good suggestions to help you get your hair where you want it. I have seen Sue a few times and will be back again in future :
The hairdressers are very professional. They do their job well and don't talk too much. I'm always satisfied with the final haircut.
Misleading pricing - advertises the apprentice price but doesn't say it's the apprentice price, later charging full price. The haircut itself was fine.
