Booked an appointment to get my hair done for an event. They were on time, were accurate in the estimate of how long it would take, did a great job creating a lovely hairdo for the evening which lasted well until i turned into a pumpkin. Definitely will want to return when next staying in the CBD for a special event.

This is my second time going there. The first time I loved how my hair turned out . This time when I went , it wasn’t the same person who did my hair as she was not working on that day. I wanted to do keratin but they ended up doing something that I didn’t ask for called peptin, this only last for around a month. When I asked her to explain why and what they have done , they were very mean and didn’t answer properly. This would be the last time I ever go to them . Hated them .

If i could give this zero stars, I would. At first I was happy they could take me, because I was a walk-in, and simply needed a trim. The woman cutting my hair failed to communicate her ideas or let me tell her what I wanted to be done. First, she split my hair in halves and cut straight across with clippers before I could say no, making it extremely uneven in the back. Next, she started randomly hacking at my hair with her scissors I assume attempting to salvage it?. After this my mum intervened and stopped her before she could make my hair even shorter, as she had already taken about 5 inches off of most parts of my hair I say most because some were left without a cut at all. My mum began questioning who I assume was the manager about my haircut, and he began to raise his voice; seeming annoyed with us?? In brief, this is a very choppy, blunt, uneven haircut that had me holding back tears leaving the salon. Do not go here!

Staff were friendly and created a nice upstyle for an event, at a fair price. They are also open on Sunday which is very helpful. Thank you!

While the service was friendly, the haircut was terrible. I would never go back there again. My layers were cut so unevenly that I won’t be able to wear my hair straight because it looks terrible and really choppy.

I've been following Tania around for 9 years having her do my hair, everything from drastic cuts to healthy growth, colours and brights, ombrè, foils, and all over tints... Curls and straightening, and updos. Always friendly, always honest, and always accommodating. I will never see another Hairdresser as long as she's still around!Services:&nbsp;Curly hair

They were very gracious in being able to accommodate me as a walk in for a haircut. Fantastic, no-fuss service by Baldi not sure of spelling which was much appreciated. Will definitely return
