Booked online for 4PM at the city site, showed up at 3:55 and wouldn't cut my hair. Told me I was booked for 3:45 even though I had the booking confirmation right there on my phone. Guy with glasses at the counter lacked any enthusiasm and refused to acknowledge the booking confirmation on my phone. No solution or apology offered. Wouldn’t even bother with the Fremantle store after this experience

This is the second time visiting this barber for my usual beard trim, first experience was exceptional pleasant.  Second time around however was not, the stylist was more interested in getting out before his lunch break and did not have the time of day. Ive been left with an uneven beard and a sore face. The warm towel was left on for 10 seconds at the end of the time, with no beard conditioner or any form of razor cream used with the razor.  DisappointedService:&nbsp;Beard conditioning

My other half gets his hair and beard done here regularly. It always turns out wonderfully. The booking system is annoying to use, but you get the hang of it. And if you’re really lucky they let you cuddle the puppy while you wait. Best bonus ever!

Loved it. Both the haircut and the cafe. Came in a bit early for a breakfast and had a haircut while wife was having a coffee, how good is that? Good stories by Jimmy too. Online booking. $45 for a simple cut. World class!
