You DID NOT leave a sticker or put the the envelope in the order box. I have an office full of people to verify that. Instead, you'd rather pass the buck. When I pay for something, I expect to get the product I paid for. $300 extra cost to me because you cant admit you are wrong. NOT A STICKER ANY WHERE TO BE SEEN NOR AN ENVELOPE
I've been shopping here since it was 2 guys in a hole in the wall shop decades ago and the growth to what this store is today can only be attributed to its excellent range and pricing. Pickups are processed quickly and waits are kept to a minimum. A one stop shop for any PC or technology enthusiast
What sort of shop takes a minimum of 4 hours to 1 day to pick and collect 1 simple item that is available on your website? I rang your competition up the road and they said "no problem mate come straight in" Sold!
