Manny is a great mechanic!  I have been to Warragul Ultra Tune a few times and they're great! They don't invent problems like some mechanics to meet their monthly budget.
These guys are - no frills, straight down the line sort of people. 
To me good customer service is - Car is great, jobs been done properly,  these are things that will need attention in the next 6-12month. This what you need from a mechanic.

Wayne and Manny are the BEST.  They are thorough without doing unnecessary work and padding the bill which has happened at some previous mechanics I have used.
They tell me about things which might be an issue with the car and its safety or serviceability in the future. They give options on what to do with car problems if there are options. They do great work and it is always a pleasure dealing with them.
Great attitude to their work and their service is top notch.
