Can’t say enough good things of the wonderful service I got from Paul & his team at Menai, this morning. Unfortunately slashed my tyre on a metal piece on the gutter last night. Had my recent 120,000km service with ultra tune menai. The team did a fantastic job, I paid for a few extras and they were all worth it! Highly recommend!

$$$$$ Easy to book for service. Guys were nice.  Expensive AF tho. Dropped car off at 8am, called at 835 to advise 1400 for service and 600 for 2 new tyres. After speaking with family and friends they said I was getting ripped off and to get my car. Called at 9 and told to stop any work and would pay for anything they’d done so far.  The work they’d performed was an oil change and wipers. This cost me $540.

Paul and the team were awesome in helping to guide me through blue slip process /paperwork, also new tyres and wheel alignment.

Thank you to Ultra Tune Menai for helping me with a puncture post a round of golf at the Ridge. So welcoming and helpful. Unable to match my tyre at short notice, however changed to my spare at no charge so I could get closer to home and had my tyre matched. Went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. Professional, friendly and actually cared. Highly recommended. Thank you!!!

I’ve been an UltraTune client for about a decade, with good reason. Started with Anthony, and now Paul, and the workshop guys gives me great advice, excellent rates and wonderful service.

Had my diesel ute serviced here in July 2023. Have since had to spend over $2000 repairing the damage done to the ute’s DPF system due to the wrong oil being used in my service. Expecting more expensive repairs to come courtesy of this mistake.
