Stoked to find a retailer that offers customised jersey numbering & lettering. Ordered my jersey with express post but, the order hadn't been fulfilled within 3 days, so I contacted Ultra football and they swiftly let me know they were waiting on more numbers/letters for my desired player. They let me know when they were receiving the print & shipped the order the same day they received the print stock. Order arrived to me the very next day. Very happy with the product and love the stock they have. Customer service was great, excellent communication.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would.nnThey do not help at all; you have to find everything yourself, carry everything yourself, and basically do the whole process on your own.nnThe guy at the cashier treated the shirts I was going to pay for as if they were trash. He threw them around, did not fold them, and showed no care at all. I also asked him not to rip the bag the shirts came in, but he did it anyway.nnOn top of that, I ordered a shirt to be printed and they damaged it, but they did not take responsibility or offer any real solution.nnThe whole experience was terrible from beginning to end. Very poor customer service, no care for the products, and no willingness to solve problems for the customer. I do not recommend this place.
I ordered a customised Egypt jersey with “Mohamed Salah” on the back, and because it was customised, I was told it would take around 15 business days. Not sure why it takes 15 days to stick a name on the back of a shirt but okay we move on?nnAfter waiting two weeks with absolutely no updates, I decided to call and ask what was happening with my order. Only then was I told that they didn’t even have the shirt.nnSo you’re telling me I had to call you just to find out that you couldn’t fulfil my order? Why wasn’t I contacted as soon as you realised there was no shirt? I wasted two weeks waiting for an update that never came. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for a friend now that I wasted 2 weeks it’s out of stock everywhere. I could’ve ordered elsewhere sooner if I got told something.nnThe lack of communication is honestly unacceptable. If I hadn’t called, I have no idea how much longer I would’ve been left waiting. A simple email or phone call would have saved a lot of frustration. Very disappointed with the customer service.
Guys, you're getting two stars because I was happy with the product itself but I was absolutely blown away by the extent to which you guys don't communicate and just can't be reached. you don't call back when you say you will, it's unclear when things will be done, and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. telling me you're getting the order ready for my courier and it's good to go one minute and the next my courier is being refused the goods after everything I'd already been through with your lack of communication and unprofessionalism as a business. The shirt was seriously great - and I appreciated the flexibility in printing it on the spot once we could actually reach you - so my question is, what is going on at Ultra Football and WHY do you let yourself down on service and support when you could be a great company based on your actual goods & offering? it's actually extremely saddening given you are an Australian business in a market where so much of this stuff is done offshore. I want Aussie business to succeed but you're letting yourselves down. In saying that, I appreciated the one guy I got onto today who wanted to help and did everything he could. He was great. I was just overall banging my head against a wall with you guys. in saying that I know there were short time frames on my order but I paid good money and deserved communication. at one point, I was so desperate I had to rely on your next door neighbour to get a message to you!! I've never had to do something like that in my life! Please, reflect upon this and have the conversations you need to have internally about the cultural shift you need to see. The customer and their mission should show up in your priority list. Communicate! Thank you.
Bought a jersey with customisation. It came with some defects which I didn’t expect for paying such a price. The badge on the sleeve was a bit misaligned, and there was a mark on the number perhaps due to suboptimal ironing technique. Should have done better as a premium football kit store.
