I have been seeing Dr Alex Burmey for a number of years now and can fully recommend his ability to offer professional care and treatment. As a result of his advice I have been able to make significant positive lifestyle changes in regard to my diet and general health. I have never encountered any problems with the reception staff, in fact, I have found all the staff at the practice both friendly and helpful. If you find a good GP practice, stick with them!
Dr. Ali has been my doctor for a few years now and is extremely knowledgeable while also being very caring. His team, the front reception, is always supportive and helpful- they’re very polite and go out of their way to help myself and my one year old son as much as they can.
Been coming here for 5+ years now. Have had good experiences with all doctors, nurses and other staff. Great family GP practice
This place is highly recommended no matter the doctor you see it is always a great experience, it is like no other practise I have attended , the gentleman that is in the reception by the name of Chris is the most professional assistant I have come across , he is very nicely spoken and his professionalism is beyond words can’t justify.
I’ve been seeing Dr Burmey for 6 years or so and i highly recommend him. He is professional, holistic, knowledgeable and empathetic. I have especially appreciated his approach in working with my mental health issues, though he has been exemplary in all physical matters as well.
Dr Ali Raza is the most dedicated, professional and compassionate GP I have ever attended. He goes above and beyond for his patients, whom he treats as individuals and not just numbers to be rushed through in minimum consultation time. His approach is a model of what the medical approach to patient care ought to be. Always had positive experiences at Ultimo Medical Practice: the receptionists and nurses are also always polite and helpful. Highly recommend!
Good doctor but only reception is not good, been there many times as a international student visa with kids, never have a problem with payment before until one times went there and told by new reception “the student only you not your kids” my visa is student so are my kids, they are under my visa too, not different, very disappointed. Hope its better now, its a shame the practice have a good doctor but not good customer service.
Dr Alex Burmey is a good doctor. I just take one star off and it should be many more off for reception. As I read through the reviews it seems to be a problem I share with many others. I think they're not professional and for the sake of the medical staff this should be improved asap.
Its very normal to have a bad service experience at medical centres. In fact, most services I have been to have offered pretty sub standard customer experience. The staff are usually rude and the doctors often didnt care too much. Ultimo medical practice is different. The reception staff, doctors and nurses at the pathology lab are all very friendly and welcoming. I've never seen such consistency in good customer service experiences before ultimo medical. The care is thorough and highly professional. I cannot recommend this place enough
I’ve been going to see Dr Alex Burmey for the past 6 years and I can honestly says he is the best doctor that I’ve ever encountered. He’s compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable, and will go above & beyond to ensure the absolute care of those under his care. I cannot recommend this doctor enough! Thanks Alex!
