Great atmosphere. Equipment enough to get what you need achieved. Great coaches and challanging classes. Any fitness level welcomed. No one is judged. Very accepting and motivating people whether staff or client.

This place is the bomb.... It's changing me as we speak.... Love the coaches, and the people there everyone is friendly and encouraging, if you're worried about attending a gym becuase you're intimidated.... Them this is the place for you.... No egos, no arrogance, the only place that you will feel more comfortable in is home....defintely give it a go.

Friendly staff. Better than a lot of the other women's only gyms in the area. This is now Fernwood women's only gym not ultimate.

Great honest caring approach to helping their customers become the best and healthiest version of themselves as possible. Clean and modern facility with a good cafe.

Like no other, UY has changed so many lives including my own. Its not a gym, its a Change Centre where there are no egos just a family of amazing people, staff and clients alike that will go that extra mile to make u feel welcome and help you achieve your goals.... Soo much love xx
