Kylie is a dog professional, she has multi-years under her belt and is constantly winning business and show awards. I only take my pets to be clipped by Kylie, who will allow my whimsy, giving my Pomeranian a mohawk one Christmas and half shaving my poor Charles King Charles Spaniel. A professional in every sense, and very knowledgeable about the care of dogs -- I trust Kylie with my babies and they look forward to their visits with her.

I have been going to this Salon for the last 11 years and have found the owner to be a wonderful, warm, dog loving and understanding lady. She cannot do enough to help with any pet issues you have and owns large and small breeds of dogs herself. She has won numerous awards for her salon and to see the feedback below absolutely astounds me.

I booked my cocker spaniel in for a full body clip which included feet, trim and tidy up of the tail, ears trimmed and clipped underneath due to ear infections. When we took our beloved pet to be groomed this women didn’t even introduce herself to me and was not friendly to our dog. On leaving him i had a horrible thought that i should not leave him. She phoned me 90 minutes later and said my dog was growling at her and she could not finish clipping his feet but the rest of him is clipped and he can be picked up. I did think it was odd that my Ben was aggressive as he has been clipped many times before with no problems and he is such an easy going boy. She said he had been hurt before and doesn’t trust anyone??? I do not think so!! It was her that i believe hurt him or was rough. Anyway on arrival another black poodle was leaving with his owner, his clip looked very ordinary. After she finished messing around she brought Ben to the me...OMG what a joke no ears clipped no tail trimmed and His body clip was shocking not short as i asked it looked as his clip was 9 weeks old, fur left long on the toes . One foot was clipped and loose hair from his cut left all over his body. She had the audacity to charge me $50.00 including CC charges. I paid as i judged her as an aggressive personality type and didn’t want to be punched in the face [who knows?] What a rip off My poor Ben still looks hideous and i will book him into Jackie i hear good things about her.
