This centre is absolutely incredible they are very children friendly and provide a safe place for children to play. Keep in mind though that this is not a drop and go place parents or careers do need to stay and supervise.... also in saying that parents can sit down and enjoy catching up with friends over a good coffee and food whilst your little/big ones wear themselves out... always a favourite for my 2 children
Absolutely love to bring my kids! My kids love it! When it's rainy or very hot day, this indoor place is a blessing. They have a Cafe, coffee was great.I'll day its little pricy $40/kid all day. 2 Hrs Option is there. It's great for parents too because you can jump with your kids or if your children are a little bit older you can relax and let them run around and have fun. They have tables areas you can reserve for a birthday party! Nice and friendly staff , staff was closely monitoring all jumping areas. Toilets were super clean. My 2cents, always bring lots of water and if you are visiting in summer, you can bring Ice packs and kids can rub on their faces, aircons cant work in such a large area.
Brought my kids here thrice. Unlike say Crocs or other similar places, kids of ALL ages can spend a couple of hours easy. Hard to get bored as there are a few different activities. Choice of food is not bad either. No healthy options that I noticed. And if you're here for a birthday, they do in fact help you organise and coordinate unlike where I went last time.
I went during school hours with my toddler who had a blast, not busy yay! Wish I didn't lose the socks in the foam pit because we will definitely be coming back. Great alternative when the weather isn't great. Relaxed, fun environment with pop music playing.
I've only been here 15 mins, and already I'm really impressed. The young lady on the main climbing frame has been very polite and very helpful to my kids, who wanted to know how to use the flying fox and how to get up to the top of the slide. She is diligent, and the front counter staff were expeditious in getting us into the centre whilst also being polite. So far, I'd recommend; multiple-choice climbing frames for all ages, trampoline fields, rock climbing walls, and foam pits, so plenty of choice. Finally, central seating allows for me to sit without having to follow my kids around to keep an eye on them. We will return.
I have invited for friends’s son bday party. My toddler enjoyed a lot there but according to hygiene the Floor was not clean and lots of spiders webs I found on kids slides and obstacles area and very dusty. Food was ok.
Had a birthday party here at noon. Pros: friendly staff and party host, kids enjoyed the play area despite the heat. Staff offered to help with decorating which was really nice. Some arcade games as well as mini ride costs extra on top of the party package. Air con party rooms upstairs. Cons: allocated half an hour for food, which came in the last half hour of booking. That is too little time for kids to eat their meals, cut and eat the cake, and pack up. One of the food platters came late too so it all felt really rushed. We asked for the fruit platter which was an additional $50 to be packed to go but was never given it at the end. Play area was also very crowded, stuffy and hot. Given the cost of the party package, you'd think they will give enough time for kids to properly enjoy the food and cake, which half an hour definitely isn't... Overall, kids did enjoy the afternoon, but will unlikely book another event here.
5+ stars! Today we celebrated my daughters birthday at Ultimate and I couldn't be more impressed with the staff, they were all so lovely and attentive, there were two that were extremely helpful each time I had questions or needed something - it was Mason and another guy whom opened the doors at 9am sorry wasn't sure on his name. As we left I asked for the names of the staff on, they were Alanah, Bailey, Bree, Darby, Eloise, Mason and Summer. There was always someone cleaning so the place wasn't a mess and the food didn't take too long to come out. Burgers were yum! Good selection of drinks, hot food and snacks. We didn't have a party room booked but they had long tables in the main area that were perfect for us. We did all day passes for 10 kids and it was definitely worth it, arrived at 9am and left after 5pm.
Poor maintenance No one follows rules Unsafe for kids The owner reply with assurance that they follow rules and supervisor are in place. But that’s not true. I didn’t see any supervisors who was guiothe rude boys around. In fact I was constantly watching my kids to avoid danger or injury.
We celebrated our son's 9th Birthday, and the service was excellent! Our attendant, Ben, provided us with excellent service; I enjoyed the fact I did not worry at all because Ben was on top of every detail. He definitely needs a pay rise. I am only giving 4 starts because the venue didn't have soft drinks in jugs, nor did offer healthy food options.
