We have been going here for 5 years. Has entirely gone down hill. 6 of 7 tables unclean with stacked cups and trash while the staff was glued to her phone 8pm, 26 May 2021. FroYo has been icy/watery the last 2 visits. Owner is clearly on auto pilot with the 15 year olds running the shop. No quality control. I question food safety!
Good selection of gelato and frozen yoghurt available in different sized tubs. Make your own then add from the amazing huge selection of toppings and sauces then weigh to get cost. Kids enjoyed it. Recommend the caramel gelato
Sally ordered a Waffle with Ice Cream and I ordered a Banana Frozen Yoghurt. I got a choice of 2 toppings and the yoghurt was charged by weight. All came to 17 dollars The yoghurt tasted good and there were a lot of toppings to choose from but the waffle wasn't so good. Ice Cream on it was good but the waffle was not crispy enough Service was good though
Mangolicious was yummm and so was the crepe with banana and maple syrup. Really wanted to try acai but they didn't have any.
Its one of the best Frozen Yoghurt in town... our kids love it.
I expected more. Chocolate and strawberry yogurt are recommended. The fruit toppings are not fresh They can do better in interior design to be more welcoming.
Beautiful venue and perfect location Beaufort street easy to get to, close to bus stops if you can not drive or don't want to drive.Good atmospheres and positive vibes. The staff friendly and professional.My favourite is the frozen yoghurts and I get to choose my flavours and toppings absolutely delicious melts in mouth, the best I ever had I am not even exaggerating.
One of my worse experience I order waffle with Nutella and strawberries . she doesn’t know how to make waffle she end up Gave me small pancake with some cream on corner for $12 and when I ask where is strawberries she said it’s frozen . Don’t recommended and it’s better to hire someone knows the jobs or do full trainings for staff .
Their frozen yogurts are on the pricier side, but the flavours are lovely and super smooth! Loved the coconut & chocolate ones. Will be back for more!
