I have been training at UFC Rockdale for two years and it is a great gym, staff are always helpful and pleasant. I enjoy doing the classes and learning techniques for self defence as a female. The gym community is friendly and respectful. The space is always kept clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone. Overall a good experience training here!
