Excellent repair service. I lost my flagship Samsung S22 Ultra 256GB at a music festival and when recovered, the smartphone looked irreparable with the back cover stomped on, components exposed, could not turn on, charge, etc. I was told by friends it was a write off at this point.  Anxious to have the phone repaired or even replaced as soon as possible, I gave it a shot anyway and brought in the very damaged phone to uBreakIFix based on the high ratings and reviews. Maria at the reception was very polite and professional and already made me feel at ease with her great communication.  Within just a few days of handing in my S22 ultra, my phone was returned back to me looking brand new, data still intact, and Sergio the technician even went of his way to apply a new screen protector. Flawless repair job - broke my expectations; the only issue was a network problem which Sergio happily took in the phone for a 2nd quick repair with no extra charge. Very happy with the exceptional service provided, I would definitely recommend all my friends to come here to repair their despair. Big thumbs up!

Sergio was awesome. Quick fix, only 2 hours for my blacked out Pixel to be fixed and he gave me advice on the best case to use and also calibrated my phone so that my Google phone would be compatible with my new screen. Also the best price from all the research I did. Others were charging $80+ and more. I hopefully will never have to go again but if I do I'll be going to Sergio.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I rang in the morning and made an appointment to come in about 12:00 pm. I handed the iPhone over and the technician said it would be done in half an hour. I appreciated their honesty, efficiency and the fact that I was given a choice for the repair. I highly, highly recommend uBreakiFix! The office is convenient, professional, and great service from the front desk staff to the technician. I’ll always come here and recommend this company if anything else happens.

I had a very positive experience with the staff, and they displayed excellent and compassionate customer service. My iPad which short-circuited was fixed within a few days, and the staff were prompt with their services, taking into consideration the urgency of my requests. They made me feel at ease and listened to - I would not hesitate to come back in the future if I encounter any further difficulties.

Excellent service and customer service! After the 1st repair there was a slight bug with my screen. I came back the next day after contacting them, they fixed it and refunded the part which created the bug screen protector. ZERO hassle, everything was so simple and it went smoothly, I would come back with my eyes closed !

I broke my iPhone screen and lost my ability to use Face ID. I was concerned I was going to have to replace my whole phone if it was unfixable. I came across this place on google and was so happy with the service I received. They were so friendly, fit me in with my busy schedule so I did not have to return later in the day and were able to fix my screen and Face ID. In addition they helped me with get a new case. They had my best interests at heart and did all for great price. Will definitely be returning and would reccomend to others for all types of devices!

Great service from the team there. Dropped my partners phone off this morning to fix shattered back glass and it was done by lunchtime. Phone looks as new and they even fitted a complementary screen protector. Would highly recommend.
