I have been using Uber Clean House for over a year now. As a busy business owner who lives alone, I have little time and help to clean my own home. I use Uber Clean house for a "Spring Clean" every few months. The staff do such a good job I only have to do small touch ups during the week to keep up the good standard in between the big spring cleans. My landlord always mentions during inspections how clean my house is. The quality of work is excellent and pricing is fare and reasonable. I like that they are also able to do extras such as window and carpet cleaning. Gorica and Sam are incredibly helpful and prompt with responses or any queries. Their easy online booking system has made making appointments easy. I am grateful that they will fit in last minute cleans for me. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with Uber Clean House, they did a great job cleaning my apartment in Port Melbourne. I selected the oven clean as an extra and it was the best oven clean I have ever had. They are very thorough and well worth the price.

I was really pleased to find a house cleaning business who understood more than others what a chemical free clean meant. The phone service was friendly and helpful with my enquiry and booking. I was extremely grateful they accepted my one-off booking as I'm definitely outside their service area. The cleaner was well presented, well spoken and worked hard in her allocated time. I will definitely call them again when needed.

Only use this company if you have time to inspect their work after every clean and fix things up yourself before your Airbnb guests arrive ...or unless you really want your guests to see pubic hair and urine in the bathroom, used food items left in the fridge and rubbish in the bedrooms. I was frequently disappointed when I inspected the quality of the cleaning, and I sent photos of the things I was unhappy with to the manager. She would apologise each time, but the quality didn't improve. The manager expressed concern that the cleans were taking longer than the 6 hours she had quoted for and wanted to charge me extra, even though it should never have taken that long in the first place. The reason it took so long was that the cleaners worked inefficiently plus they brought an old, poor quality vacuum held together with duct tape! After my most recent feedback to the manager, instead of apologising, she simply told me they would no longer be servicing my Airbnb property and cancelled all my future bookings (with guests due to arrive in 3 days). I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism! I've compiled some of the photos from my cleaning inspections into a video on YouTube, so you can judge for yourself if you think my standards are too high or unreasonable. Just search for 'Uber Clean House: 16 reasons not to use them for your Airbnb'. The video also includes evidence of the time their cleaners accidentally stole from us. Anyway, I'm so glad Uber Clean House made me change companies because my new cleaners are simply amazing! Cheaper price, more efficient and much higher quality!
