The employee “Granuaile” was exceptionally rude, telling me to “stop talking” when asking about the price of a T shirt. The T shirt had no price tag, so she charged me $39 when all others on the rack were $29. When I asked about this, she took the shirt back and told me “if I don’t want it then just stop.” Terrible customer service, do not support this business

DO NOT GO HERE!! It is way overpriced and while the clothing is decent they charge more for it than it would cost to buy new. Go to a different op shop and don’t waste your time or your money here

has that vintage clothing smell i love. really nice space and wide selection of clothes. however they were too colourful for me/too similar to what i already had. nice selection of bags and shoes but not what i am looking for. the lady was also nice. id come back another time for a look.

Plenty of interesting pieces but a very small store compared to other vintage stores close by.

Snuck in here with a few friends.  They had quite the line up of clothes - all amazingly organised.  Staff were really friendly.  The girls picked up a few items that they fancied.

Good selection of clothes,shoes and hats. Price is a little high for thrifting.

I got a great pair of near new sneakers and a handbag at an amazing price. So happy! And the store assistant was a delight!

Good variety of clothes. The person working was on her phone and sounded like she was bored when putting through the sale. This would actually be a cool joint if the staff looked like she was enjoying herself and moving around the store doing stuff. Prices are also pretty expensive.

What a pleasure to shop here! I am visiting Sydney for only a short time and I'm very pleased that i took the time to visit this store. As soon as i walked in, I knew i had come to the right place - the staff had bright orange hair and was dressed in an interesting outfit that really got me excited to find some treasures of my own. This store has the eclectic mix high quality that I dont usually expect from Sydney - more from Melbourne or even NYC!  The customer service was just perfect,  I like to be able to browse without being pressured or followed as i like to take my time to look through all the pieces. I had ... lets just say quite a lot ... to try on - there was no limit and the sales woman really helped me out. After this, the decision making process was a lot of fun as the staff was friendly and bubbly without being too full on or pushy. I really apprecieate that. The sales woman let me know about the other Uturn stores in sydney too - none of them were as great as my experience here though. Absolutely will be making a point of coming back in my next visit to Sydney.
