If you do the paperwork prior to arrival, the procedure is easy. I lost my passport and had an emergency one in hand by noon the next day. Friendly staff.
Super impressed by the efficiency, prompt turn around, and kindness provided by this organization. The people working here seem happy, well taken care of, organized, and equipped to deal with whatever situation is thrown at them. I somehow lost my passport and was flying home USA in 3 days. thankfully they got me in and out within 2 hours for around $160. Amazing service & price if you ask me.
Professional and friendly. I had lost my passport while traveling. Booked an appt online in advance key! there are only a few a day and once arrived the whole process took about 2hrs. Thank you! While folks visit here for a range of bureaucratic issues, the staff seemed welcoming and helpful to everyone, which makes a huge difference.
I will not be upset that my visa was not accepted. But the behavior of the slender brown bearded man told the consular officer at the supervisory office! he was returned my passport by means of throwing It was a very rude. I don’t think there are people like that working. I would like the consul to investigate his methods. I lost of money and feelings.
Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Very easy and quick process, we had our interview on Monday and the visas were ready to be collected the next day. Thanks for the fun interview :
