Ulock Bendigo are the worst! You would be better to take your belongings to the tip rather than leave them at Ulock. We stored our goods with Ulock while we relocated to a new house. On returning all of our stuff was damaged beyond repair. The place is totally infested with rats and water leaked into our unit from the unit next door. Ulock say they are unable to contact the person renting the offending unit and are unwill to assist any further. Ulock will not provide any refund leaving us totally out of pocket. On top of all of this the service is absolutely shocking. Please do not use Ulock.
If you would like your belongings stolen, than this is the company for you. Woeful security and staff.
We've had a unit for 5 years. We've found the Trantara Court ULock facility clean, secure and safe. It's well monitored with quick response to any issues. Economical rate for the space available in the unit we rent. Easy access with wide access lanes to enable trucks in to load/unload.
The facility is clean and secure, we have had no trouble in the six years that we have had our storage unit and recommend it to others. Prices for rental are equivalent to other storage facilities in the town, and access is very easy while being safe.

Very pleased with both access and maintenance of this self-storage facility, [in contrast to the review some months back], billing processes and general support. My unit is rented under my married name van der Spek.

Absolutely fantastic company to store anything ranging from camping items to a house full of furniture. Shaun is absolutely fantastic answering any concerns or issues. Have had nothing but great customer service.
The storage looked small but when my son put his king size bed in it and other Stuff there was heaps of room.
Great to deal with , Very clean units and SAFE. well Done
