The food was excellent! Hot, fresh, served quickly. The customer service was surprisingly friendly and helpful. Vilis always has delicious food but the experience was great on top of that, so will be back again to try some other items off the very large menu.  The premises is extremely clean, well distanced for covid reasons, bright and friendly. This business is family friendly and also offers take away as well as dine in.

Went in at 2am got an awesome steak sandwich and my partner got a monster  meal. Called the mixed grill also got desserts to take away. Staff were very friendly the place was clean and good prices.  Parking: Number of car parks is good

Chips and gravy, yum!  Steak sandwich and chips , very good,  The pie is not as good as at mile end.  The chocolate doughnut was a bit on the dry side. Food: 5/5

Vilis was certainly clean and tidy. Staff were brilliant coffee was good. $7 breakfast was above average. Very impressed. A1

This mess is supposed to be a baked potato with sour cream and cheese. It took 50 mins to come out and was wrong twice. This is the second time we’ve had a meal here and it’s taken over 45 mins to come out, considering there was less than 12 people seated.

Had a snitty and chips snitty was nice chips were hard and just luke warm I am pretty sure they had been chucked in the fryer several times they should never have been served. Was not that helpful when serving us either. Might return if I want a cake but would never order hot food again here original Vilis is much better. By the way I am a qualified Cook.

I do like it,  the food is USUALLY decent but not always, often a case of undercooked chips or dry pastry and desserts we find on bad days. I get everyone has bad days but the price is up there so you want decent, fresh food. When it's good it's good. Service has never been very impressive, average or below at all times; including letting other customers interrupt my ordering more than once and attending to them instead of just kindly saying they'll be with them in a minute. It's just rude. When its good its good but when its not, its pretty disappointing.

Ordered a AB Yiro, I was definitely expecting something different. I would not call this a Yiro at all. The chips were fatty, the meat was well over cooked and in huge chunks, and for some reason they thought a good sauce combo was tzatziki and tomato sauce. I expect alot better from such a simple meal to make. Won't come backFood: 3/5

Always a delicious juicy snitzel at Vilis. Fast friendly service with loads of choices for both food and beverages.Food: 5/5

Seeming to be struggling with staff levels at the moment. Came in at 7pm with half the tables and chairs inside still covered in dirty dishes. Service took more than 15 minutes for a bowl of chips with only 3 other customers in store at the time.  Always great options for food and drinks and it's freshly and flavoursome, just need to get more people working and get the place sorted and deep cleaned.
