Car returned with filthy wheels and old sticky tape left where weights removed. I paid $1700, $200 more than competitive quote because they sounded experienced. My written complaint was dismissed without an apology.
David who was managing the office on Tuesday 29th was exceptional. I had an urgent problem with my tyres and he managed to fit my car in albeit short staffed and help get a resolution to a very high standard. Highly recommended and mainly because of David, I will return. Thank you.
5 star services. Came in without booking but Tyre Pro managed to found a pair of required tyres from other store and installed it for me. Also got my pink slip and rego updated with Paul. All done within 2 hours. I will definitely recommend tyro pro and look forward for my next visit!
