Fantastic brunch spot! The ambiance is cozy, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. Definitely worth a visit here
We popped in for breakfast and we're greeted by lovely staff that went above and beyond! Service is amazing, food is delicious with big sized portions, and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.
I never expected to see the fusion with the Asian and Western in the food here, but you know what? The food is pretty spot on. That dang dang beef bowl might even trump over warung food back in my hometown in Jakarta. By memory I had the char siu pork belly buns here also and it was more than alright.nnThe coffee was still a bit too milky for me though, but I just like my coffee strongggg. The service was also a bit typical. Was a bit hard to flag anybody down that I had to actively find them myself. Still, it's not a bad spot to get your morning coffee and read WA's favourite tabloid, the West.
Food was not tasty as expected and was dry. Food was a bit pricey compared to other places that has similar items on the menu. Food took longer to come out of the kitchen. Atmosphere was nice, would not recommend this place.
We were traveling around Claremont and see this place on google map with 600+ reviews and 4.2 rating. So we decided to give it a try.nnOrdered steak sandwich and angry bird and affogato.nThe description in the menu is much better than the actual food.nnThe angry bird suppose to come with cheese corn and chive waffle, but the actual waffle is poor, and no hint of cheese at all. The balance is bad, the whole dish is too sweet and sticky with concentrated sauce, and only 2 pieces of normal standard fired chicken for $27. Not worth the price and standard.nnThe steak sandwich is badly balanced with crispy stuff, overly salty and thick sauce, and cold lotus chips. The meat only cover 3 quater of the turkish bread. The whole thing feel dry and sticky. Its not enjoyable to eat and have to force myself to finish it.nnThe affogato is simply a scoop of icecream in a coffee cup, and a separate shot of espresso to pour ourself. Too simple for a fancy setup restaurant like this. Even the tap water is really just tap water with our favourite chlorine. Not recommended to waste your $60.4 for 2 person. And they dont serve alcohol.
