Food was incredible. Burger pattie was minced wagyu & brisket I believe, served on a brioche bun with salad and a special sauce. Ridiculously tasty. Chips were fresh as and served with what tasted like a home made aioli. They serve a wide variety of their own brewed beers and beers from other breweries. Had a baked cheescake to top it off and it didn’t disappoint. Will be back for sure.
Enjoyed Txoko Brewing. Make a reservation before you go! They pack out fast!!! Lovely place. Good food and ambience. Polite and welcoming service crew.
I organised a surprise 50th Birthday Party at Txoko Brewing on a Saturday evening 11/01/25 and everything about the experience was smooth, simple, and generally awesome. We had about 50 guests attend, and Gabriel curated a fantastic share/tapas style menu for everyone. No one went hungry, and everyone raved about the food and beer selection throughout the night. Gabriel and his staff were all wonderful and accommodating throughout, assisting with cake, specialty meals Gluten Free and helping us find an extension cord on short notice. We really appreciated their efforts to ensure everything went smoothly. The vibe was also great, very relaxed and warm, with the beautiful view and balmy summer night the perfect backdrop for our event. It was a wonderful night to remember and I'd highly recommend them!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Txoko Brewery in Swan Valley, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! Gabriel, the owner, demonstrated amazing hospitality that made us feel incredibly welcome. The beer selection was fantastic, with a variety of flavors that catered to all tastes. The burgers were equally impressive, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The overall atmosphere of the brewery was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing day out. I highly recommend Txoxo Brewery for anyone looking to enjoy great food, drinks, and outstanding service.
