I recently returned to Two Chaps after visiting three years ago, and it was just as delicious as I remembered. Every time I come here, I love the relaxed Aussie vibe and the focus on healthy food. You can really tell they put a lot of thought into their dishes, which is why I love this place. The variety of pastries to enjoy with my coffee is another big reason to recommend it. I highly, highly recommend Two Chaps!
Definitely worth visiting for dinner if you usually frequent at their Cafe hours. The set menu is great, always changing and very generous in size. Can be created gluten free too, including the fresh ravioli pasta.
This would have been a four star review had it not been for the not-so-great service.nnStarting with the positive, I thought the food was pretty good despite being predominantly plant-based. I ordered the pancakes and really enjoyed them. Coffee was also great and I liked my long black.nnHowever, the service was a mixed bag. We were greeted by a very charismatic team member but he gave us some unclear information about the sandwich special which resulted in additional and unexpected charges. Another staff member who seemed a bit aloof approached my table twice with the wrong orders.nnBut it was the female head barista who was quite rude. When my two friends and I went to pay, she reprimanded us for standing in front of the counter because we were blocking the wait staff from seeing the finished coffee orders. While I can appreciate where she was coming from and maybe she wasn't having a great day, a simple friendly request would have sufficed and there was no need for her to give a stern explanation like we were her subordinates.
Very satisfying spot for brunch. Their menu is mostly vegetarian and it was very satisfying to eat. My friend got the hash brown and it was super tasty. I got my winter bowl which was also lovely! It's in what looks like a warehouse so I was really digging the vibes
Stumbled upon this cafe by chance and it was quite pleasant. The hot matcha latte was delicious and smooth ~ the brown rice bowl was flavourful. Overall the food was good but I don’t think I’d come back considering the prices are quite high for what it is.
