Purchased the Nellie mop and window wow e blade, the e blade didn't have a extension handle with it, when I emailed them they replied promptly and said it should have, the handle was couriered out and I received within a few days. Great customer service. Pleased with both products, they work well.
Don't ever call these people, they are slippery salesman. You cannot just call them to ask for a price, they insist on putting you through a 'spin session' before you can even find out the price. I called just to find replacement cost for my Transforma ladder lost in a recent flood. I was transferred 4 times and they insisted on my home address, email address, and number before they would give me the replacement price. And to no surprise the cost was OUTRAGEOUS... a Transforma ladder is $1324.00 and it's almost identical to the $320 ladder from Bunnings. Furthermore, The commerce commission has posted a safety warning for this ladder. 1 Star is too generous. Good luck!
Reported to commerce commission, after purchasing an item that said in stock I still hadn’t received an email stating shipped on day 5 so I contacted them to be told I’m not the purchaser apparently, then I’m told - We understand that you are excited to receive the Thin Lizzy Liquid Foundation in Diva formerly known as Dorothy in your order. Unfortunately, there has been a delay. However, the good news is that we are expecting to ship your order from 5th December 2022. At this stage, we would like to offer you alternatives which may still be suitable for you with a similar look. You may choose between the shades Sassy TLR_LF_22 or Cheeky TLR_LF_23 and compare both through the link below in the Flawless Complexion Liquid Foundation section. Let us know if there is any other shade you prefer otherwise. Kindly get back to us with either of the following options: 1. Willing to wait and ship out the Liquid Foundation in Diva once in stock. 2. Accept the above offer and swap to another shade instead. Please specify No offer for refund no communication that there was no stock nothing and expects they’d just leave me waiting a month for my item to arrive what a complete joke!! Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Very poor customer service. They give you 5 years warranty, however when anything is faulty, they send you parts by post and send you YouTube link to fix it yourself. No technicians offered at all. They don't notify customer when the operator is making a sale. They really pushy in Sales, however there call back request is always 48 hours later. I would never recommend them to anyone. Vacuum cleaner is faulty, had to post everything to them, then they sent wrong new vacuum cleaner and it doesn't even fits the one I have. Again have to wait for 48 hours for someone to call me back. Very shocking and unbelievable customer service. I have wasted my money with them. They only refund if you in trial, once you paid for the equipment then no refund at all, doesn't matter it's faulty. Definitely taking this further
Went to the shop today and had great customer service and was lucky to go when they had clearance sale going on. Got some great buys :-
I will be filing a report to the Commerce Commission, and I suggest anyone else who comes here with a negative review does the same, this shady company business needs to get investigated. Had I known Thin Lizzy was in anyway affiliated with them, I would have never made the purchase to begin with. The Thin Lizzy website offers a 30-day money back guarantee if you're not happy with your products for "ANY reason" which is not the case. Upon filing a return request per the Thin Lizzy website's inscrutcions I was contacted by someone from the TV Shop who tried to make the process as difficult as possible. I already stated on my email to Thin Lizzy why I'm not satisfied with the product, which they asked me to repeat again only to talk down to me and instruct me on how to use the product per the instructions, which I already did. I didn't contact them for instructions, I contacted them to return an item. Next instead of a return they tried to talk me into a 50% discount off the product instead of a refund. After all this they finally provided me with return instructions. Hopefully they at least process the refund without being shady. If not, I guess it's just more evidence to send the Commerce Commission of their shady practice. Avoid this business at all costs & report them to the Commerce Commission if you've also had a bad experience.
One of the worst purchases that I've ever made. I will never make the same mistake again. I purchased a big Chill machine after being sold on the merits of the product on TV, and looked forward to receiving it because it was terribly hot in Auckland over the Christmas period and early days in the new year!! We needed something like it and I looked forward to getting it! When I received the product and began using it, I noticed right away the the air wasn't cool at all - it was warm and very noisy on the highest level! I also noticed that the air was not reaching parts of our lounge, and we only have a small lounge. The next step was to get my son's to buy bags and bags of ice to see if adding ice cubes to the water would make it colder, but it was to no avail. I have no issues with paying for a product that delivers exactly what it says it would do, but this product is rubbish and does not do what it says it would. Big mistake. It wasn't worthy of a 1 star at all.
Customer service team is a joke. Have spent three days trying to replace a part off a fish harvester and every phone call i make or recieve i need to re give my details. No one has a clue whats going on. The original purchase is under my late Dads details so it's getting very difficult repeating this for what feels like the 10th time and still no closer to purchasing the replacement part.
HIGHLY disappointed! Appalling refund! Paid $100 to try 2 insta chills and filters! Cost $170 to send them back and got a $15 refund ,RIP OFF COMPANY WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THE TV SHOP EVA! wish I had read the reviews on here first Not even worth a 1 star
This company is a big scam. When I called to order the instachill, my order was quickly taken and I received the instachill within 2 days. Now when I am unhappy with the product and want to return it, I am just been told that somebody will call me but nobody dies. I have made so many calls and just fed up. I am worried that my card will be charged and then I will again have to chase them for the refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMSTERS.
