I recently worked from Turquoise Cafe and the service truly stood out.nnTerressa is on another level when it comes to hospitality. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming and completely across everything, but what really makes her different is how she thinks outside the square.nnThis isn’t just standard “take your order and drop your food” service. Terressa is constantly looking at how she can be of service beyond the basics anticipating needs, asking thoughtful questions, and creating an experience rather than just a transaction.nnWhether it was offering to move a reserved table without hesitation, checking in at the perfect moment, or even asking if I’d like another coffee while I was on a Video call everything she did felt considered and intentional.nnThe food was delicious, but it’s this level of service that makes the place unforgettable.nnTerressa genuinely elevates the entire cafe.
OG breakfast plus 2x coffees $96.00nnSausages weren't cooked all way through and the taste was not nice. Tomatos were terribke the oil taste was horrible. Avocado with the nuts over the top was way too much. Coffee was burnt. Biscoof waffles WAY TOO SWEET!!nnEggs were lovely scrambled, fried and poached. HOLINAISE sauce AMAZING!nnNot worth $96 at all. Won't go back.
I came for my birthday with my sister and mum, we had the paint and sip high tea. The staff are amazing, warm and welcoming, they cater and accommodate without hesitation and seem to genuinely want you to have a great time. The food was presented lovely and delicious, the paint portion was a fun twist and we would definitely come back!
Great place for brunch! Food and service was excellent, great value for money as food serving was generous. The salmon was so good and the biscoff waffles so yummy! Will be going back for more brunches, my kids loved it too and they are the picky ones! Such a vibey restaurant to eat and relax!
Had a great bottomless brunch here. Food and service was great, just a little disappointed that although we requested nut free due to allergies the food came out with pistachio on the avocado toast. They were super helpful once we pointed this out and they replaced it immediately, though was not ideal and lucky it was noticed before eating. Other than that service was great, they kept coming round to check if we wanted anything topped up. Great value for money! Would come back!
