I’ve been here a quite a few times now and have to say it’s always a wonderful experience. From time to time there might be a bit of a wait but the coffee is always perfect and the food has never disappointed. The court yard is a very pleasant place to be on a warm afternoon. Their ordering system has also been updated to allow you to directly order and pay via a ar code from your table. Today we shared a big breakfast and serve of pancakes. *note the big breakfast is definitely BIG! Thank you to the lovely staff who were still smiling on such a warm day!
A bake house with a long history turned/expanded to great outdoor cafe. The cafe yard has a well and the natural setting makes it more attractive to the people loves eating out on a sunny day. Despite all cool and nice arrangements our ordered food was a bit worse than usual cafe food, salt less with a down taste. Probably it was just a bad day for their kitchen. But I guess the bakery items are really popular in this area.
I wanted to visit there because it is a historic place. Garden area requires bit of clean up and updating. There are many trees over the tables and many birds making noise which might cause potentially unwanted bird bomb…. Service was extremely slow and insufficient. There were many waiters there so it must be management issue. Cakes and coffees were ok. I am sure food will be nice. But overall disappointing experience.
Great breakfast with a great atmosphere. Very happy with the Big Breakfast today. The Salmon was outstandingly fresh. Thank you guys, and I'll be back.
Pretty quaint older building with wonderful food .. indoor and outdoor seating available.. food was good coffee.. I have had better..service great
Great atmosphere. Great Service. I didn't eat. I took my lunch. That's why the 4 Stars. The selection for gluten-free and vegan options was very minimal. I expected this as it is a Bakery, and I have been here before. However, the food serviced to my family was high quality—down-to-earth country bakery. Definitely would attend again.
Staff are very friendly and polite and offer great service, the waitresses Mattisse was very helpful and attentive and Noah made a exemplary iced coffee along with a lovely coffee from Emily. It was a great day out and the staff are so kind and treat you on first name basis
Turners is brilliant! The bread and cakes in the front of the shop are delicious take away and the sit down menu has a great variety - the food is excellent! Service is always top notch too. Looking forward to going again and sitting outside as the weather warms up
So must say I'm absolutely disgusted my kids got a mother's day high tea out of their own pocket money, not only is the quality & quantity poor we also found a hair in the cream! Please be your own judge & see pictures. Please note the lighter has been added for sizing comparison. Do not recommend absolutely spoilt the afternoon.
Went up to Yan Yean and decided to stop over for breakfast. Turners Bakehouse Eatery gave us something we didn't expect. The place is very beautiful as it looks like an old victorian house. As much as we loved to dine inside, we decided to try their outdoor dining place to enjoy the sunshine and the fresh air. The food was very delicious and healthy and was served by friendly staff. We highly recommend this place for a very relaxing dining experience.
