Simply amazing. The food was so good that we went there two days in a row for dinner. Lamb biryani and lamb korma were super tasty and great value for money.Food: 5/5

This is a wonderful restaurant in a lovely pedestrian area of the city centre. It was  super busy which we thought was a good sign! Our family of 4 adults and a child had such a good experience. The food was fantastic; a great range of curries, all cooked to perfection and the naan breads were amazing!  Very reasonable price for food and beers. Highly recommended!!

If you found this helpful, please like: Amazing Food. Not a whole lot of seating, I would recommend booking. It is a nice area even though it is small, there is seating inside and outside. The Garlic and Cheese naan was something different and great but be warned it is quite a large amount of food so sharing one main with some sides might be the way to go.

Very nice authentic food, they served what they write in their menu, we had Malai Kofta, Paneer Kulcha & Onion Bhaji Everything was soooo authentic and yummy, after a very long time we enjoyed Indian food somewhere, next time when we come to Whangārei, to visit this place is in our must to do diary.  Vegetarian options: We are vegetarian and we got more than usual options in this restaurant

i don’t normally leave reviews but this place is too good!! got the vegetable jalfrezi for dinner and it was DIVINE, highly recommend - the whole group loved their food

Fantastic meal  We went with two kids 8&5 as well as my grandmother.  We were rather envious of the kids meal as well. What a great meal and would definitely go back again.  Kid-friendliness: We didn’t want the old “Chicken Nuggets and chips” for the kids. They had three options of chicken, lamb or vegetarian for the kids. Our kids got Chicken which included Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, rice, naan and a drink for $16 each. Great value

Have revisited Turmeric and the kitchen has really got it together. Two nights of T/A ordered at lunch time in a month and both have scored big! Fresh samosas, generous serves and delicious curries, keep it up. Love your work. Thanks.

Very tasty takeaway meal, Butter chicken and Lamb korma both medium/hot and the perfect amount of heat a garlic naan and Kashmiri naan both very nice. Will be ordering from here again and definitely recommended to anyone wanting a great Indian meal.

Went to Turmeric Whangarei loved their Chicken Saagwala and Lamb Rogan Josh reminded me of India..Amazing flavours and authentic food.Will be back definitely..

We ordered kadhai paneer and chicken with onions curry. Both were delicious and served beautifullly with fluffy rice and roti. We will happily come back.Food: 5/5
