Always enjoy a coffee at Salty Bean overlooking the beautiful surf beach. Service from these 3 amazing ladies is always friendly, fast, fabulous, and efficient. Highly recommended.
Used to go to this place on a weekly basis and loved it but just gone in tonight and they have totally changed the menu and kitchen arrangement. Wasn’t impressed at all with the menu compared to what it was. Only has one option for a burger which is beef but just bad in general. When my meal def come out it was a schnitzel which was ok but they served it with some of the chips already sitting in the gravy which isn’t the end of the world but just sums the place up. I won’t be going back there after being someone that went there on a weekly basis and regularly meets friends there.

This place is always buzzing. Friendly, relaxed and down to earth with one of the best beaches on the Gold Coast. For $25 I got to try a burger n beer in the bistro. Fresh barramundi with salad and chips simply delicious!

Great food, value and location as all surf clubs are. Went today and left to go to another surf club as could not stand the terrible music and the volume it was at. There is no way to sit and enjoy your food without it being a constant annoyance. I don’t know how the staff put up with it all day. Last time we were there we thought it was a one off but it seems to be standard. Other surf clubs you can hear the waves, and maybe light music in the background. I live in tugun so would love it to be better so I don’t have to go to another club.
If I could give this place minus stars I would. Possibly the worst food I’ve ever eaten. The entire experience was a desecration against food. The only thing going for the place is the view and frankly I’ve seen a lot better.
Charlie at Tugan Surf Club is amazing. Her customer service is outstanding, and bubbly personality completes the whole experience. Not only is Charlie’s customer service amazing, the overall food and drinks of the surf club is delicious and all menu items are a great price. Will definitely be coming back not only for the food but because of Charlie’s customer service. Worth every cent spent
Great beach,plenty of nice places to sit if you like 2 by 2 square to seat 5 people in.HORRIFIC!Learn to swim and teach your kids.The lil pups looking after the flags could hardly save themselves if it got over a foot
