Love how they sell their own brand.

Cannot fault my experiences with Tuchuzy store. They're a busy retailer, yet my emails and calls have always been attended to promptly, even though I'm interstate and there's a time difference! They were also able to process my refund so quickly and even transferred a promo code to my replacement purchase. They have an excellent range of well priced international brands too. Happy girl :

i hate leaving negative reviews but feel this should be posted. i purchased a jumper for $259 which i didn’t do lightly but really wanted the item and i also paid for express. 1 week later no shipment notification , zero contact from their customer service despite an email and contacting their instagram account. this morning i received a refund notification with zero explanation as to why. really disappointed and expected way more from a store selling premium brands with a high price point.

Phoned the store to purchase something online via split payment of two cards as I had a pre-paid visa gift card I wanted to get rid of. The girls in store were not only unhelpful but I could hear them making comments to each other while I was on the phone. After much back and forth and me sending photos of my license and bank card, they finally told me they don't do that so I hung up and purchased from another store.

Have known about this place forever but because my tastes usually run vintage Belgian and Japanese, never purchased from. But I needed some fisherman sweaters this cold season and was very pleasantly surprised to find Tuchuzy offered Bassike current stock on sale. Pretty generously reduced too which allowed me to buy in multiple colours. Item shipped really quickly and came to me, safe and sound. Thank you for a most pleasant online shopping experience. Tuchuzy has the right brands that make it easy for me to shop.   I love the range on offer  and if I have any trouble finding something the staff are always able to give great suggestions and style tips. The online store is so well presented and it makes it easy for me to select items I like.

I have popped into the store every time I visit Sydney and always had a wonderful experience! I recently ordered online and the customer service I received was brilliant! Very friendly staff who are incredibly easy to deal with and made the whole process a breeze from start to finish. Look forward to shopping with Tuchuzy again! Highly recommend :

I ordered something online and had the best service! I wasn’t sure of my size and was worried about purchasing jeans online but Bella was super helpful with sizing. Customer service was above and beyond!!

Absolutely love the range tuchuzy has to offer, it’s such a shame the service is so awful in store. Felt so unwelcome walking in the store- no smile, no hello and no offer of help when I was trying to get the attention of staff for assistance in finding a product. Seems from previous reviews that the attitude of staff is not new. Suffice to say I will not be returning  Edit: since I can’t reply to the owners reply I’ll write it here. Can’t miss a smile when not one of your staff were wearing a mask, they certainly weren’t asking customers to either. I was probably one of 2 people wearing one in a crowded store.

Mary Hulti says...I spent a month in Sydney in November 2018. At least once a week I would head down to Bondi Beach - partially for the beach but mostly to poke around at the great selection of items at Tuchuzy. The store is so cute, the fashions are current, and the staff are wonderful. I bought several items and headed back to Canada. A few items I regretted not purchasing so I ordered them from the on-line store. Again, the staff that assisted with the on-line purchase were fantastic. I would highly recommend this store to anyone visiting Sydney or anyone wanting to make a on-line purchase of an "on trend" high quality item.
