I understand that each shop has its own returns and exchange policy but would appreciate it if people are warned about it with something like an asterisk that has T&C's apply or noted that final sale no returns or exchanges on sale items Right Next to the sale price. I have seen some shops do that it is more convenient for the customer and shop owner at the same time. so just to warn everyone there will be no refund or exchange on sale items even if you order the wrong size in this store. it is best to go in and try on the garment
Bad customer service! They won’t honor my store credit over $100 because it had ‘expired’. I used to shop there regularly but I explained to them I just had a baby and moved house so obviously shopping was my least priority. Spoke to both owner and manager but they don’t seem to care. I just think technically they still have my money and I was actually trying to buy something when I was there. I honestly feels that they ‘stole’ my money!
Tuyu boutique provides amazing service always from staff members, as they are always friendly. Tuyu is honestly no doubt Adelaide’s top ladies boutique and couldn’t recommend this shop enough!!! Thank you
Just bought a minkpink floral dress for my engagement. Lovely service, the young lady working there was very helpful and approachable I'll be sure to head out that way again when in need of something to wear.
Will always find something nice in this little shop. Staff are very friendly & helpful.
