I had a really bad experience at TrueCare Physiotherapy. The Indian business owner couldn't understand my injury and didn't offer any effective treatment. After one consultation he put me into his group pilates class, which was run by an inexperienced university student. It seems the group Pilates class is just a way to get maximum patients through at a time for minimum effort and cost. Most of the patients that were in the Pilates had work injuries and like me should have been receiving one-on-one treatment.
