It's super easy to be amazing at customer service when things are going great, but these staff absolutely amazed me at their cool, calm, collected and efficient management skills when they had a malfunction situation out of their control. Don’t go here!!  Receptionist has a real bad attitude and is extremely rude. Literally no customer service and acts like you’re an inconvenience. Eye rolls and micro aggressions the moment you walk in.  I was told to be seated ready for my appointment and I waited, just for the nurse to tell me they aren’t going to do my appointment because I was 10 minutes late. I was 5 minutes late due to traffic I couldn’t control. Travelled over 40 minutes for the appointment.  Could’ve easily been explained at reception and another appointment booked in, instead of wasting my time.

After all the money I spent on laser treatment and going to this clinic for about 9-10 months, it’s fair to say it was a waste. I’ve had laser done before and it lasted a lot longer than this - up to a year at least. I finished my treatment plan & it’s already growing back as per normal after 2 months. Not only that, every time you go to this place - you get a different technician, every time! Disappointed to say the least.Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal

Please do not use this company.  They take your money you even buy a gift for your family and they cannot use it, they will keep your money.  Tell you they cannot refund,  only a gift voucher or an extension.  The clinic manager of helensvale store was so disgustingly rude,  sarcastic,  unprofessional and gave attitude as soon as I clearly informed her NO I WANT MY MONEY back.  She pryed personal information about my circumstances. Then denied and tried to use this against the situation  at hand which is "give me my money which is in excess of $350+.... They're products didn't work properly after 6 sessions... but end of the day they're policy apparently says NO WE DON'T REFUND. where can any company keep your money.  We cannot use this product nor service... this is a FRANCHISEE  store in Helensvale QLD and's they don't care.  I went into this store last week and only today I am receiving a call back about my request for full refund.. DON'T USE THEM THEY RIP OFF THE CUSTOMER BY KEEPING THEIR PREPAID MONIES FOR SERVICES NOT REQUIRED.  5 out of 5 dissatisfied wouldn't even rate them at all. I will ensure I share this horrible experience with everybody wo even looks to seek a service with this entire company anywhere in Australia.. plenty of other companies out there that care about their reputation

I have been attending Australian Skin Clinics for over 4 years for various treatments and 2 solid years at Helensvale. The ladies at Helensvale are very friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful! I recently met Georgie and couldn't be happier with my treatment and how I was treated. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you as always ladies

Georgia was absolutely amazing with my first lip filler. She listened to what i wanted and did them perfectly. So gentle, explained everything and settled my nerves. Extremely happy with my results. Also had my frown lines down, with ease. Highly recommend!

Love this clinic. Georgie does my injectables, I’ve had forehead, crows feet done and lips filled. I had no top lip and just love results so far that I’m having another round next week. Georgie is so patient and caring. I always get a little nervous with needles and she is just wonderful. She listens and explains everything clearly to me. Also I have a serious neck issue which makes injecting difficult but Georgie works around my spasm and remains calm and collected.  Sam has done my broken capillaries on face and Im very pleased with result thus far. I go back next week for second round of laser. I feel safe and secure going here. In general all staff are friendly and give great customer service. Thank you so much girls.

I've been coming here for the past two-ish years for lazer hair removal which was life changing for me and I HIGHLY recommend getting if you have self esteem issues hair related six sessions was all I needed to see amazing results and I only go in rarely every now and then for maintenance. Friendliest staff ever, every interaction has been genuinely fun and still very professional. I love all the girls I've had the pleasure to be a client of.
