There were a few little issues like the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable to sit on, but generally the room was comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a bad experience with the other motel where we had booked and the Tropixx let us view the room prior to staying. We were a little disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open and no breakfast provided. We are very grateful for the Tropixx helping us when we were in need.
Although slightly dated, Tropixx was a great place to stay. Friendly and welcoming managers and staff thanks Karen!, clean and tidy rooms with undercover parking, BBQ and pool. Reasonably priced and conveniently located to shops etc.nWe highly recommend it!
Stopped for a night on the way to Cairns. Karen was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money and can highly recommend this place.

I had no words the thank them.nnMy vehicle had broke down on the road and they were happy to help me even though the no vacancy sign was on.nnI would stay there if I stop by Ingham again.nnThank you
