We scheduled a clean of our pool on Friday as we were having a party on Saturday. No one showed up or called to inform us they would not be able to come. Instead of rectifying their mistake, they simply said we would have to wait until Monday. Completely unacceptable, will not be using their services again.

On two seperate occasions we have had our pool booked in for a clean and maintenance before we have guests over for the weekend. Both times they have failed to attend to do the ordered job. No phone call or warning they wouldn’t be able to make it, just didn’t show up. Very disappointing & terrible customer service. We will not be returning customers and do not recommend.
