We had our roof replaced under the household resilience program, and because tropic roofing quote was the lowest we went with them. Really the work they did was average at best had to get them back several times to loosen screws and fix a few other issues. There has got to be better roofing company's in Townsville. Michael the owner doesn't respond very well to calls after he has the contract from you.. I hope the roof holds up because I don't expect this company to honour its 5 year workmanship warranty.. Buyer beware here really.. Good luck!!

Michael, did not have courtesy or decency to reply to my numerous calls, txt. I have waited 4 weeks for a quote and have been waiting 5 months for repairs since the floods. Very disillusioned and disheartened by the whole repair process.

Was very quick to respond and get the works done. Price was great and received the invoice promptly, definitely recommend and will use again.

A nice young man very knowlegable the owner was very nice.
