My regular pasticerria was closed over the holidays. I was desperate to get a continental cake for my 50th birthday. My friend Rosa suggested Trivelli Cakes. From Caulfield to Coburg I set off for a taste test. It was great. But the real test was the cake on the day. And unsurprisingly it was perfect ... not too sweet, fresh and just delicious! A winner!
