Although the shop is well stocked all of the retail prices on items are covered up by much higher ones. So you will be overpaying by up to 40%!

I visited this shop looking for some hard-to-find parts for a GoPro camera while in Port Douglas. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store carries higher quality goods and is better stocked than many of the shops in the area.

They will not refund on goods even with receipts. So be mindful when shopping especially if you are not 100% sure of sizing.

Rude, unknowledgeable staff. My questions were met this short, curt answers. I simply wanted to feel the flex on a skateboard and was told that under no circumstances may a customer try a board. Who would buy a skateboard without at least feeling it under the foot? This is another classic example of a skate/surf shop run by capitalists rather than people who are actually into the sports they purport to cater to.
