Love the view of the falls. The trail is circular and takes you around the waterfall and then up creek and around back to the carpark. Very nice as there is no need to double back. The triplet falls are wonderful to look at and the observation platform is nice and wide. Lots of nice spots to get a good view. The route is easy to walk and fairly relaxing. Just make sure to bring some good shoes as the path can get muddy.
Nice walk bout 35min circuit, my husbands recovering from a broken ankle and he went well. The waterfalls were gushing it was beautiful to see. Challenge is to try and spot a platypus!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo wait
A rich, forestry walk among trees ferns and wildlife. 1km loop takes about an hour at a leisurely pace. Majority of the track is stairs, making it safer to traverse the bark and leaves, but completely unsuitable for wheels and prams. Families be warned! Good view of the falls, though not a magical or remarkable experience. More like a pleasant walk through the forest with a bonus waterfall and a piece of ancient machinery.
Nice walk. Not intense for regular walkers or hikers. Lots of stairs both going up and down. Picnic tables available next to the carpark and public no flush toilets. There's no phone reception out here either. The walk is a loop and signage does direct everyone in the same direction so there shouldn't be anyone really coming in the opposite direction at you. Great place, nice for nature lovers
I must say, READ CAREFULLY before start walk to the Triplet falls. There are 3 different platforms to see the falls in the circuits. When you reached to the first platform is lower level, which hardly see falls. Many people think this is the end of the trail. But it’s not!! You need continue walk up the steps. Then you can reach middle and upper level of view platform in 5-10 mints. Its so calm just sit and listen to the sounds of falls. From upper side of platform to car park path is beautiful trails with lots of fern trees around. There are many steps with up&down. No suitable with baby prams. And the Map in the car park is not very clear about the circuits where to start and end. But enter and exit is the same place.
Visited Beauchamp falls, then came to Triplet Falls well worth it and doing it in this order. Triplet falls are stunning. Thought they would be three falls above each other. Amazing walk easy. If you take the sneaky parth form the first viewing platform you get a much better view and it will be a little dangerous not for winter or wet weather but if you brave it out you end up back at the main path. A lovely way to start your day! An easy walk up and down a well marked trail for about 2km. There is a series of board walks and stairs you follow to find the waterfalls. The track is surrounded by lush, thick rainforest and it is so beautiful. There are drop toilets and a picnic area to use at the carpark. A must visit!
