Friendly Vietnamese lady. Really nice Vietnamese sandwich. I ate a lot of these in Australia and in Viet Nam, so I truly recommend you should try here. Especially the roasted pork with the tatsety meat sauce. You should ask the owner to make the bread a bit cripsy.

Owned by very lovely people. One of the best Bahn Mi places out there, love the tiger bread rolls. Tofu is marinated which is very exciting!

Absolute bang on crispy pork Banh Mi. Great bread and super crispy pork. It's slightly better than the place around the corner but only because they don't do crispy pork. They are $2 cheaper though so I alternate between the two. Very friendly ladies here. It's now my local!!

Good bread NGL.  however significantly more expensive than most viet bakeries. Cbd prices. I don't mind paying however portion size should be reflected on the cost of the bread rolls. Im just telling everyone as it is.

So-so food not worth the awful later customers served first, then my order was simply forgotten - all up 30 minute wait service. Flemington has too many great options to waste your time here.
