I love this place so much I almost dont wanna tell others about it to keep it our secret gem. Always new products and always the cheapest innthe area. Staff are amazing and food is almost a steal with their low prices.
Went on a Friday morning 9.30am and was busy but not crazy lucky to get a carpark. Fantastic no fuss, discount grocery outlet with some regular and unusual lines. Stock changes regularly. Bargains on scotch/rib fillet but didn’t try, lollies, frozen foods, pantry items but just check dates. Most are close or past Best Before dates. Some have very long dates still and perhaps at 75% RRP while bargains are close to or past dates. Did find some bargains w long dates such as roasted red peppers. Daily Juice is past BB date but still good and 2 for $3 is amazing as it still tastes fine and great it’s not wasted. Juice Bros $2 for 1L within date. Maleny 2L milk for 99c probably close to date but great for same day milkshakes! Dairy Farmers $2 Thick n Creamy yoghurt within date. Lots of meat, Slape Bros sausages n burgers. Gislers family pies $13 each close to or just past BB dates. Friendly staff. Also have a small but decent fresh fruit n veg section but more normally priced. Great if you know your prices and can be flexible and open minded w what’s available.
Staff nice but had issue with 1 refused to let my service dog in. He must remain with me at all times due to seizures. Was very disappointed for that reason only. If I want to go my dog must remain outside even though I produced his licence.
We are family of 7 and with these prices! Amazing staff and fantastic products, absolutely no one could go starving! amazing! Love this place. It's a family favourite! Always checking your daily deals.. 99 centre specials and buying slabs thanks TOJ!
TOJ is a great local mini market, especially for those in Slacks Creek or Springwood, but also for those surrounding suburbs as well.nnThey have parking just down the road at Timothy Park and you can see quite easily whether their carpark is full without having to go in there and come back out because everything is visible from outside.nnThey have a great selection of the following:nn- Fresh fruit and vegetables everydayn- Meat all prepacked including mince, sausages, steaks, ham, bacon, and sometimes salami n- Snacks galore including chips, lollies, biscuits, chocolate , muesli bars, and icecream n- Frozen meals including seafood, chicken nuggets, meat patties, pizza n- Canned goods including fruit, veggies, and plenty of sauces, pasta, and many other selections.nnThe only downside for our family is they can't consistently stock things like milk because remember they ONLY buy in bulk daily what they can obtain for a good price. I live local so I usually call them to check if they have milk and eggs etc, and the staff always respond in a friendly and respectful manner.nnWe shop at locally owned and rarely go to the major supermarkets as we prefer to support local, even if it means driving to two places, our community is worth it nnGreat staff, fast service, and it's good to be a part of a local store that is geared towards helping keep prices low for the community
