Trendez have done everyone of my piercings expect one. Always been a good service never heard a bad review from who I’ve spoken too about them. Girls are always kind and lovely. Highly recommend only place I’ll go for piercings.

I've always gone to Trendez for all my piercing and jewellery needs. Most of the staff are friendly, helpful and able to give me advice when required. Some appear slightly rougher than others when attending to piercings. My nipple was pierced on a slight angle but that's half my fault as I agreed on the marking placement, I'm happy with it though. It would be cool if they moved to a bigger store as it can feel a little crowded at times.

i got my cartilage pierced and the staff were super helpful and made me feel welcome in there shop. They made my piercing straight and where i wanted it to go they were helpful because they gave me a paper with instructions on how to look after my piercing. I would definitely come here in the future.

Don't get piercings here. The staff are unprofessional and unqualified. I got two tongue piercings here. The woman marked where the piercings would go with a ruler and a vivid. Then she pierced one in the wrong spot so they weren't even. She then told me that she would redo it. So she took out the uneven stud, reclamped my tongue and re-pierced it in the same spot. This was excruciatingly painful. While she was doing this my tongue was bleeding heavily (she wouldn't let me spit it out). As she was redoing her mistake she told me that I was lucky that I didn't have to pay for it again. Disgusting service. This store should not be piercing people.

I ordered online with Trendez, 2 orders in the same day, my fault, was prepared to pay the double freight for delivery. I received a confirmation email, to say they had received both my orders, and were sending them out together, and refunding the freight charge for one of them. I think thats great service, as they never had to worry about it. It shows they are organised and customer focused.
