I live on a remote Aboriginal community in the Northern Territory- tricky for shopping! Recently discovered Reads online. Found and purchased the dress I wanted, the process was quick and simple and I received my beautiful dress without delay - which is unusual for where I live. Very happy!
I love shopping at Reads. It's a unique clothing store because of its eclectic range of brands and styles of beautiful clothing, expertly curated by Mary and her lovely staff, and suited to a range of pockets. It's the place I go to first whether browsing or hunting for something specific. As a 3-decade + customer, it has always been a very happy, no-pressure experience to be there, and to know that I will find something that works for me and that I will love to wear often for years!
I thought the staff was extremely helpful. I discovered a new brand, “Jump”, and bought 2 tops which I love. Thank you Reads!
Just loving my first online purchases from Reads Online, 2 silk tops and have worn one last night to see my granddaughter play and sing in Mama Mia, it was wonderful and the blouse is very nice too, actually just love my 2 first on line purchases!!!

I have shopped at Reads Woollahra for quite some time, I’ve always been pleased with the products I’ve purchased & it’s definitely a huge disappointment that after my most recent experience on Saturday March 26th I’ll no longer be returning. Initially I went in store to find some winter shoes, I told the sales assistant that I wouldn’t be purchasing today but I’d like to try on my size to at least get an idea of what feels comfortable & of course what looks good. I tried on 1 pair of flats, so all in all took 5 minutes. I was just about to leave when I saw a pair of boots in the window, I’m pretty sure the other woman I spoke to is the owner- I asked if she had my size available, I had my head turned for a second when I turned around both her & the other sales assistant were rolling their eyes clearly not happy to help at all & only want to assist customers who’ll be buying on the spot. I was not only shocked but incredibly embarrassed. Never ever have I been in a store like that & experienced such a disgusting display of customer service. Incredibly disappointed but had I not turned around & saw what I saw I’d be none the wise.
Always luv the sales at Reads, where I buy my silk garments.
