Never again In future do your currency outside such as flight centre I was gobsmacked a 12 dollar fee and travelex all over airport.Are they in bed together

Disgusting Melbourne  Airport has no bank name ATMs so if you want to withdrawal cash you only have one option. 
Got some foreign cash at the airport.i just get enough to get by
 Thai  baht 22 at aiport 25.62 in Phuket.Never get your foreign cash b4 u go. Better rate overseas. Asked for an empty envelope for my cash got told they  didnt have any.  Iasked at 2 outlets. Funny about that.  Couldn't get an envelope at Melbourne but no trouble in Thailand. Bad customer service.

Disgusted - $140 AUD stolen from Travelex
Exchanged 1000 AUD and lost over $140 AUD (+ COMMISSION) in the exchange. if you use them, don't change more than $100, and do the rest when you get out of the airport in the next country. Will save you being ripped off!

Went to use ATM at tullamarine air port as all ATMs there travelex brand , The machine issued a receipt for the withdrawal of $400.00 bu did not issue the cash, I called the 1800 number and got very little help, They advised me to call my own bank and dispute the withdrawal. 

 The help line was not event interested in which teller i was using VERY POOR customer service 

 Make shore you go to a ATM before leaving to go to tullamarine air port as TRAVELEX has monopoly there.
