Great family friendly restaurant. Ordered 2 pizzas, 2 pastas, sides & desserts. Service is attentive & we enjoyed our dinner. Would come back again.
We stayed at the hotel recently and decided to visit this restaurant on 19th June 2022. We were served by an elderly man who appeared to be of Italian origin. While filing our glasses with water, 1st he spilt water every where on the table and didn't wipe it down until we had to get his attention. Then, he ordered the wrong dish for entree and when we brought it to his attention that we had ordered garlic pizza not the cheese balls. He said he won't charge us and fix it. Anyway, at the end- We were charged two dishes for entrees one of which we had not ordered and it was the waiters mistake and despite saying he won't charge. He did. Upon asking him why we were charged. He shrug his shoulders. So be careful and triple check ur order otherwise you may have to pay more than what you expected. It's not about the money necessarily but it's the principle of owning up to ur mistakes when u get the order wrong and not holding customers responsible. The food average. But the experience wasn't te best.
Had dinner earlier tonight with the family. Customer service was good and food was delicious we didn't go for pizzas. Pasta with cheesy creamy sauce for my son. For starters, we had Calamari which was fresh not frozen. For mains, we had mushroom Risotto and Zuppa roast QLD blue pumpkin soup, Frazer Coast spanner crab meat for pasta dishes and then followed by Broccolini for sides. Quoted by my wife, one of the best Italian restaurants she has eaten all thanks to the Zuppa. Wait time was around the 20 minute mark. Will definitely be back for sure.
We had a lovely time with family here, great atmosphere and food was tasty. The service was excellent and so professional, thanks to Harry and Miko who booked for us. They even got a special treat for my bro's birthdayFood: 4/5
Decent food, terribly annoying staff. The girl hovered around our table for the entire dining session, interrupting our conversation and wouldn't take any hints. Note: happened a few months ago. Please do not witch-hunt actively rostered staff.
Celebrated our 20th Anniversary dinner last night. And the food was really great and excellent service. We even had free chocolates! Thanks Angela for making our night special

The older waiter with glasses was quite rude and in his own world. Spilled water all over the table without cleaning it up. Brought out the wrong food which they expressed we wouldn't need to pay for but ultimately were charged for and consistently pestered diners while trying to eat. Food was okay at best, overkill with butter and cheese. Wouldn't go back, only went as the hotel had limited options
Decent food, ok drinks selection. Truffle chips were very good and well priced. Service was reasonable.
Food was ordinary, once we received our meal, no one would even look over at our table. Service was poor, could not order drinks. We waited 45min for dessert to be told they did not have any vanilla ice cream which ruled out the majority of the menu.
