"We are a Buddhist centre based in Glenfield, Auckland since 2003. As followers of the Mahayana tradition that has passed down to us from the Buddha through the lineage masters of India and then Tibet, we hope to encourage the study and practice of Buddhism in its fullness as a religious tradition, philosophy of reality, and science of mind. Our ultimate goal is to benefit all beings by supporting them to reach their best-self state - to realise their potential to be a fully awakened Buddha."
