First and last time I'm getting something from this bakery! The customer service was horrible! I asked if they could put my food in a bag so the lady grabbed a bag and handed it to me to put the things into myself. If I was working there I would of put the food in the bag for the customer. The food wasn't great either, I will not be going back and will be informing my friends and family.

Since the new owners have taken over this place has hit rock bottom. The counter staff are rude and generally uninterested. The first time I got a pie from here I had to put it in the microwave to bring it back to life. The second and last time I got a pie from here was today and I couldn't finish it because it was absolutely horrid. Dont go here. There are many other bakeries in Traralgon.
